Don’t let the exterior Americanized building put you off of this amazing restaurant located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.Joe Jacks Fish Shack is absolutely delicious, so delicious that we went back twice! They have probably the best mojitos I’ve had on the whole trip, and during certain hours they have 2 for 1! We also had the fish tacos and cavichi which were both delicious. Although the restaurant itself does not give off the authentic Mexican vibe, it is delicious and worth a stop!
